Fee Waiver Directions:

1. Complete the form and have it signed by your McNair Program director

2. Fax the signed form to the CSU Mcnair Scholars Program. Fax: 970-491-2455

3. Submit your online application as usual (minus the application fee), as well as any application materials your department of interest requires for admission (i.e. transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statement)

   Thus, you will have a fee waiver going to the McNair office, your online application going to the Graduate School, and your other application materials going to your department of interest

4. We will forward your completed fee waiver to Admissions where it will be added to your file, and your fee status will be reconciled
