Graduate School Fair Table Sponsor - Fee $200.

Graduate School Fair Representative will not be attending - Fee $50.

A Graduate School abstract advertisement can be submitted to be published in the conference abstract booklet.

Method of Payment:

• Payment, in full and in U.S. funds, must accompany your registration.
• Purchase order (PO) documentation must be received for billing to occur.
• Faxed registrations must include a purchase order.

Cancellations and refunds
Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded.  Fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than Friday, September 14, 2007.  After September 14, 2007, fees are non-refundable.  All refunds will be processed after the conference.  Substitutes are allowed at no charge.
