Payment includes:
Conference materials, 2 buffet breakfasts, 2 buffet lunches and 1 buffet banquet dinner (vegetarian selections provided), transportation to excursion (space is limited for excursion to Estes Park).

Method of Payment:

• Payment, in full and in U.S. funds, must accompany your registration.
• Purchase order (PO) documentation must be received for billing to occur.
• Faxed registrations must include a purchase order.

Cancellations and refunds
Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded.  Fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than Friday, September 14, 2007.  After September 14, 2007, fees are non-refundable.  All refunds will be processed after the conference.  Substitutes are allowed at no charge.

Optional excursion
Busses will be provided to Estes Park for the afternoon and evening of Saturday, September 29, 2007.  No advance registration; space is limited on a first-come first-serve basis at time of bus boarding.  A boxed lunch will be provided.  Dinner is on your own - there are numerous restaurants available in Estes Park.
